Dutch B1
Become more proficient in your language, more confident in your communication

In this course, you'll practice realistic situations involving language: having conversations, exchanging information, writing emails, and understanding longer texts or conversations. You'll also learn how to better handle unexpected or complex situations in Dutch.
Dutch B1
Do you already have a solid foundation in Dutch and want to learn to speak and write more fluently, and better understand what others say or mean? Then our B1 Dutch course is exactly what you need.

This course helps you transition from simple to more independent language use. You'll learn to communicate clearly on personal and social topics, both orally and in writing.

What can you expect?
In the lessons, you'll work on all four skills: reading, listening, speaking, and writing. The themes are recognizable and current—think work, health, travel, living, social media, and forming opinions. The exercises are practical and varied: conversations, writing assignments, listening fragments, discussions, and games.

The focus is on independent language use in realistic situations. You'll learn how to:
-
understand longer texts and extract the essence
-
follow conversations, even at a faster pace
-
express your opinion with substantiation
-
clearly structure letters, emails, and short reports
-
use grammatical structures correctly in different contexts

Who is this course for?
For anyone who has already completed A2 and wants to take the next step towards confident language use in everyday, work-related, or social situations. Ideal for expats, international employees, students, or people living in the Netherlands who want to participate more actively in society.
